Do you suffer from occasional or frequent insomnia? Do you have any special tricks or remedies? How does it impact your life?
Once in a while I do and I have found that the trick is to not get upset, but instead relax and read a book or count backwards from 100 and you probably will end up not getting to one. You could also try drinking a warm cup of milk before you head to the bed to try to fall asleep or a cup of hot chamomile tea. :o)
